We may compile statistics about the use of our Site, including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymized and will not include any personally identifying information.

It is equally important that you keep a copy in a safe place for your own reference because you will need your password to decrypt all the data you saved in our Services. We are unable to decrypt your data.
When you submit information via our Site, you may be given options to restrict our use of your data. We aim to give you strong control on our use of your data (including the ability to opt-out of receiving emails from us which you may do by unsubscribing using the links provided in our emails).
You can add, remove, edit, and change any data that are saved in iSmartta Services, at any time, by logging into your account.
You also have the right to deactivate and delete your iSmartta account at any time by contacting us at support@ismartta.com. However, some information may remain in archived/backup copies to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
For the information processed by the third party partners, you have the right to access your personal information. If you want to access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data on our third party partner's platform, you should contact them directly as they are the data controllers and iSmartta has no control of those information.
